On the portfolio management team at a $6bn fund at a tier 1 city. Exp as an associate in lev fin at a large bank.

Making 130k base
Can people share a) what the base increase they would generally expect at end of year?
B) what the bonus % for a y1 associate on portfolio team would be.
I feel as if my firm underpays. Would love some data
