Salary Progression for Non-MBB Consulting? (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, etc.)
Hi all,
I am curious what the salary progression is like for your typical consultant who is working for a non-MBB firm; think along the lines of Deloitte, Accenture, EY, etc.
Obviously these firms have different terms for each level, i.e. at one firm you may start as an 'Analyst', yet at another firm it takes 2-3 years to have that title. As such, I'm curious what the salary progression would look like for a consultant at one of these firms, assuming you start straight out of undergrad, after 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc.
I can't really find any reputable data online other than MBB data; and I'm assuming the progression at these firms is somewhat lower.
