Deloitte S&O vs Fortune 500 Biotech

I'm a first year at a unique program that is an industry specific MBA. I just received 2 offers for summer positions that have the intention of full time hire if I perform well.

One is for Deloitte S&O Healthcare and Life Sciences and the other is in Operations at one of the largest biotech firms. Deloitte's sign on and monthly is about $2K more than the biotech, but I am sure that they will make up for it by working me many more hours. At the biotech I could get lucky and be setting up operations in Singapore (which I would love) or I could be doing risk management/supply chain/quality. I'm not sure what types of projects I would be getting at Deloitte. They say you go wherever you are needed initially. I'm more interested in biotech, so am worried I would be staffed on projects I'm not interested in there too.

I know some of you have faced similar choices and may even have worked at Deloitte and would love some feedback. There are massive amounts of alumni I can talk to at the biotech, so I see what a career would be like if I went there, but don't know as much about Deloitte. Any comments regarding exit ops are for either would be great too. Thanks!
