Operations Research Analyst

The process consisted of 2 phone interviews and then an on-site interview.

The first phone interview was an analytic interview. I was given a fairly straight forward case that really didn't seem to test much more than basic business sense and an ability to solve a math problem over the phone.

The second interview was behavioral. No real surprises here - mostly generic questions with some conversation towards the end.

The on-site interview consisted of multiple behavioral interviews, a 'problem solving interview', and a written case. The behavioral interviews were relatively informal and danced through my resume. The problem solving interview was somewhat challenging because I had to recall all the details of a technical project I worked on. The written case was very straight forward.
