Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with an initial phone interview with a consultant, I believe, for the firm. Most of the interview was talking through resume points, education, work experience and the like. The interview ended with a back of the napkin type market sizing case problem. Overall, the interviewer was pleasant, patient and at least acted like they were interested. It seemed like he was well prepared and knew aspects of my resume without having to look at the resume.
