Round 1 (phone interview w/ manager): 30 min behavioral, 30 min case
The behavioral was standard questions about your resume, experience, and why ZS/consulting. The case on the other hand was a powerpoint deck with lots of charts and graphs. It mostly tested your attention to detail, ability to structure an answer, and aptitude to interpret charts.
Round 2 ( in the office):
a) demo (consultant walks you through a deck about the position you are interviewing for - very straight forward, mostly used to inform the candidate. You have the ability to ask questions at the end)
b) 45 min case w/ associate partner - this case was very unstructured. Basically the AP describes a situation to you (mine was pertaining to finding and understanding high value physicians) and the approach you would take to find.
c) 1 hr case w/ consultant (they provide you with a full slide deck and you have 30 minutes [alone] to structure a solution to the problem) Then the consultant returns and you them through the approach to solving the problem/providing recommendation
d) Lunch w/ an associate - informal, but kind of awkward if you dont receive someone you "click" with.
e) Behavioral w/ Partner - they ask you basic questions about your resume and experience. The good part was this time you had the ability to ask a lot of questions about the firm, position, etc. This was the most straight forward part of the interview.
