Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received email asking to schedule a 30 minute phone interview with Analyst in the department. In that interview, he asked some fit some technicals about debt and capital structure and why debt over equity. Afterwards was a superday a couple weeks later during which I had 5 interviews with 5 different people in the office. They were basically all "walk me through your resume" interviews so it was pretty simple. Only 1 person asked technicals and it was "What can a company do with their FCFs?"
