Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 informational interviews with VP and associate. They were very friendly but also dug into some of my past specific work experience and personal investing thoughts. This led to on campus interviews that were 2 on 1. Very straight forward questions (walk me through your resume, why Wells, etc). You should preach to them about how they are an up and coming tech BB, which they believe they are and love to hear. The quality of people seemed a little lower than true BB's (still lots of wachovia folks around) but they seemed to have a great culture.
