Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First few rounds consisted of networking calls to get to know analysts and associates from various groups. Next was an official first round phone interview which consisted of typical behaviorals and technicals. After that I received a superday via email and attended. The superday was actually split into two days. One day of wining/dining and another day of a series of 8 back-to-back interviews.
