1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through OCR and had a 30 minute interview. Initial communication was through the company presentation. The people were some of the nicest I came across throughout the entire recruiting process. They don't have a super day, so the 30 minute interview was the first and final round. There was a pre-interview dinner reception the night before which was just a meet-and-greet to get to know your interviewer, and everyone was really nice/super helpful. The interview itself was almost entirely fit.
