Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first got the interview through OCR. It was half technical (basic accounting) and half behavioral. I got a call that I was invited to the superday about a week later. There was a pre-night reception where they wined and dined us and got to know us better. The superday was two interviews with two interviewers in each. They were both half behavioral/technical again. After the superday they asked me to complete a company analysis report.
