Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They came to campus a month before interviews to conduct an information session; this was a great opportunity to meet and bs with the recruiters. On campus interview followed which was simple, a few technical but mostly behavioral. Technical questions included, what are the three fin statements? What is EBITDA? What is a current market event that may affect Wells?
