I was not interested in the position at all initially, but I got an interview through OCR and hit it off with the first two interviewers. After that I was notified to meet with their group in particular (capital markets) in Charlotte where I met with the MD and CAO. Was invited by HR to the official real estate super day that included two other groups a week later... ended up clicking with my last interviewer who invited me to talk with his MD and another associate. Got along great with the group and heard back about the offer from HR about 4 days later.
A lot on fit, and about 1/2 the questions are basic technical/accounting questions. Be able to talk intelligently about your opinion on the market and recent financial events.
