Corporate Banking Analyst

I applied online through the company's job portal. I was contacted by a portfolio manager 2 weeks later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted 45 minutes and consisted of very basic behavioral, cultural, and technical questions. I was then allowed to ask the interviewer several questions about the firm and group.

In-office interviews took place 2 weeks later and included a series of interviews with portfolio managers and junior professionals. The interviews focused heavily on fit/behavioral questions and some current events. There were virtually no technical questions.

After the superday, a portfolio manager contacted me to schedule a follow-up phone interview. The phone interview was approximately 30 minutes and consisted of many of the same behavioral/fit questions that I received earlier in the process.

I was granted an offer 3 days later with the option to work in Philadelphia or Minneapolis.
