Please describe the interview / hiring process.
OCR: recruiting started in October 2012. UBS came to campus for official presentation, and invited 10 MBAs out for dinner afterwards. Invites were based on resumes and our previous interactions with second year MBA students who were going back to UBS full-time. There was an event in NYC in December that was open to everyone from our program. Interviews happened in January 2013. First round was on campus. Callbacks happened later that day for second round superday with 4 interviews. Second round was the next day. Interviews were group specific, and we picked two groups to target. Liked most of the people I met, and did really well in recruiting with our alumni and people from my target group. I think I flubbed a question with the captain of our recruiting team in the second round, and was dinged.
