Summer Analyst

Got a first round interview via campus recruiting channels, had also done some networking before with people there. First interview was a VP and an associate, second was an MD, VP, and associate. Didn't grill me on technicals because I'm not business/finance/accounting major but asked all the beginning/intermediate level questions one would expect. They took ~1/2 of the first round kids they interviewed out to dinner that night with all the seniors that had interned last summer, and then had final rounds the next day, giving offers to most of the kids they took out to dinner. Offer rates were VERY different for juniors interviewing this year.
