Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first stage involves filling in an online application similar to other Bulge Brackets. Post initial pre-screening receive an online Numerical test, followed by Logical test. The numerical test is of a standard SHL format, 20-24 mins. Upon successful completion of both online tests get a phone interview with HR (formality). Assessment centre - mathematical test in a room with other applicants, 4 30-minute interviews with with 2 interviewers in each.
