Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I sent an e-mail to a general UBS recruiting inbox asking about IB recruiting, and got invited by one of their recruiters to take part in a "Military Veteran's Superday" for PWM. I figured it would be good interview practice at the very least so I did so.

They were extremely nice people, and it was a very laid back interview process. It started off with a panel of their MD's/ED's answering questions or generally talking about their love of veterans (this is typical at veteran focused events). After lunch it broke apart into the private (2 UBS employees to 1 interviewer) interviews. I was pretty well prepared and I interview well so it was a breeze, though a friend interviewing at the same time said his was a little more rough (they questioned him extensively about his time the previous summer at JPM Asset Management).
