Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview on campus. Standard banking interview, why banking, why UBS. 2nd round was very technical, 4-5 rounds with multiple schools attending. If you pass the technical, which focus on accounting and finance, they really want to know why UBS. If you can convey that it will go a long way.
Culture is very hard working. Overall though, the office is great and everyone is really friendly and close. Was very happy with my decision.
