Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round: phone interview with senior manager(GJN in Korean) - interest in equity derivatives, simple questions on option markets and products(ELS)
2nd round: an assessment test made up of three categories, numerical, verbal, and something I can't remember - really tough and hard to pass (normally 1 out of 10 passes)
3rd round: 1 on 1 interview with senior manager(BJN in Korean) - really focused on fit questions especially on previous working experiences
4th round: 1 on 1 interview with MD(JMN in Korean) - also focused on fit questions, not really picky but vague such as "sell yourself to your clients"
