Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Standard online application followed by SHL tests and a phone interview.
Phone interview was with HR, simple competency questions with no follow up questioning, interviewer just writing down answers. Lasted roughly 10 minutes.
Applied in October, phone interview in October and wasn't called up to assessment day until Dec. Didn't get a reply for 8 weeks and then got a call asking me to come to an interview for ecm/dcm but no offer.
