The first thing I did was to send my resume by email. And then the HR employee called me to confirm the date for taking psychometric test at the firm. After that, as I passed the test, the interview date was discussed. I went to the office at a designated date, and that was the only interview since it was hiring just one analyst intern. People were relatively nice and friendly, and the office seemed to have a family feeling. The interview was generally based on competency questions rather than tech questions.
