Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had contact at firm refer resume to HR. Received a phone screen soon after, followed by another phone screen with the head of ECM recruiting, followed by a 1st round phone interview with an analyst. Heard back around 3 weeks later about a 2nd round interview. The interview consisted of 4 back to back 30 min interviews. Heard back 3 days later with an offer.
