Business Analyst

First I received a call from HR about setting up an interview and that it would consist of an interview with a member of HR and a separate interview with the hiring managers, each about 45min by phone. We set a date to do them on the same day one after another but then later they called back and said that the HR person would be unavailable at that time and rescheduled for the second interview to be separate a day later.
both calls went very well and the questions were very straight forward such as "why do you want to work for UBS, give an example of working in a team, what did you during X previous position, how did you handle a difficult position?" and as a non-Polish "Why Poland?"
