Associate

This group was recently ransacked, as most of the people left with the head of banking to go to Citigroup. It was clear that they were thin, especially at the associate level. They also seemed to have more northeast schools than many of the other oil and gas groups that are in texas, and have many texas people. I had an impromptu super day that came off of merely being told to come by and say hello. Eight total 30 minute interviews, 3 of which were technical. For the most part it was behavioral/prove you can take the hours and aren't going to quit if we offer you the job.
