What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I sent my CV and received a phone call to schedule a phone interview.
An analyst called me and we had a 30 minutes conversation about different industries and businesses. By the end of the call, he told me that they would call me back if I moved forward in the recruiting process.
A more senior employee actually called back a couple of days later. He asked me some technical questions on Valuation via DCF and Multiples.
They didn't contact me again. I followed up with HR, and they told me that they had hired someone else.
