Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a phone screening from Geneva office. Then 1st on site interview in Stamford, which comprises of two session. One is 1 on 2 interview, and the other is a video conference call from Houston. Mostly fit questions, and a few technical questions,e g. MtM, prediction of price change of a product. I didn't organize my words well, but the overall difficulty is average.
