Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was the first time TPG was interviewing undergraduates for a full time position. They were late to OCR and only put up a position after all the other major banks came through. The first round was a phone interview with mostly basic questions. The second round was two video conference interviews where they had me go to one of their vendors for a formal video conference. The interviewers seemed unenergetic, but the questions were fairly typical, with one back of the envelope IRR calculation. There was a final round in SF which I didn't get to.
