Seasonal Compensation Analyst

First thing was a phone call by someone in their HR department. Very simple and nothing to stress about. Went over my resume and asked me to describe in detail what was on it. Basic interview questions were asked like "tell me a time where you had to become a leader" and "are you self motivated".
Second Step: After the phone interview they brought me in for a face to face with 4 employees. The first two employees I spoke to were both women. They were each very friendly and we again discussed my resume. They asked me where I wanted to be in 10 years and also asked why I was interviewing for an HR position since my background was finance. Over all they were very easy going and down to earth. The next two people where a man and women whom I met with at the same time. The women was a bit of a hard ass while the man was relatively easy going. They mostly asked me situational questions, however, nothing too crazy. Over all it was an easy interview process and I got an offer.
