Group Benefits Analyst

Received email confirmation from HR for two person first round interview (two senior analysts). Mainly behavioral and resume specific, heavy emphasis on why Towers Watson specifically and what you know about the company, personal fit within company, and situational/hypothetical questions. Laid back, down to earth work culture and interviewers. Left time for questions at the end. Heard back within two weeks for second round. Second round full day interview with three consultants and three analysts. Consisting of lunch, single and group interviews with more emphasis on department specifics, industry knowledge, technical skills, long term expectations. Main advice: Do your research on the company website, social media pages, and talking to those working there currently (they are generally willing to help). People were generally very easy going, but still remain professional and take it as a serious interview.
