Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was a co-op opportunity, so only consisted of one round. There were 3 interviewers, a Director (then VP) and two former co-ops. Being UWaterloo, they asked some numerical questions and also tried to assess my interest in the markets. Finally the questions started being more about fit, as we chatted about hockey and travelling.
