1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On Campus Resume Drop, Dinner at a nice restaurant before first round interviews, networked with the two interviewers. The next day were first round interviews. Two back to back 30 min 1 on 1 interviews. Not too hard, but some current market trends and overall interest questions. Second round in Toronto. Dinner the night before final round. Final Round was 2 hours, 4 back to back 2 on 1 interviews. Again, nothing too bad, a lot of opinion questions (where is the market going 2013, what about the price of gold? etc.)
