Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was able to obtain the interview through applying online at my school's online on campus recruiting database (OCR). I was interviewed by one associate, who asked me a series of question, with the entire interview taking no longer than 30 minutes, At the end I was given the opportunity to ask her questions as well.
