I applied online through their website and surprisingly HR replied back to me via email in a week that she wanted to set up an initial phone interview with me. Later that week, I had the phone interview with a senior HR lady who began with 20 minutes of basic behavioral questions. Why did you choose your college, why do you want to work for us, etc. Then she used the remaining time to throw me several brainteasers. It took me a while to figure them out but I was not rushed at all. One of them was dice probability with expected value and the other was a permutation problem. A few hours later, I received positive feedback about my first round and they wanted to set me up to chat with the head of their research department. I had a secondary phone interview with her the next week and it was a half hour behavioral interview again with time for questions at the end. She alerted me that the next step was for me to write a sample 1-2 page research report. Both interviewers were well-mannered and never rushed me.
