Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Prior to the interview I had attended several company info sessions, networked with alumni at the firm, and visited the offices. I interviewed with 5 or so banks for summer internships and STRH's was certainly one of the more laid back ones. Almost entirely "fit" questions; asking about school experiences, why finance, why investment banking, why STRH, etc. Most technical question I had was "walk me through a DCF".
