Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Initially applied through university job database. Attended multiple company information sessions as well as analyst shadow day. After company filtered down resume list to interviews, was notified that I would have an interview, followed by a reception for all the interviewed students with 10-15 analysts, a couple associates, and an MD. The interview was conducted by 2 associates and was completely behavioral, save for one question that was barely technical (on extending credit). Interview lasted about 40 minutes total. The reception afterwards was very laid back, and all of the employees were very personable and open to answering questions. Overall very positive interview experience, about as less stressful as investment banking interview process could be, though I prepared as if it would be much tougher.
