Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Using OCR: First 2-on-1 campus interview. Finally, five 2-on-1 or 1-on-1 (w/MD) interviews at their office. Overall very standard experience, minimal curveballs. Great company, sadly their recruiting style is regional and limits applicant's opportunities. Additionally their offer turnaround time is fast. Was given an offer on Friday afternoon and had till COB on Monday to decide.
