Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Wasn't very hard. Had 5 two-on-one interviews followed by a lunch. Interviews didn't focus on market as much as I expected it to. Technicals drilled down pretty far. Some quick math questions. The most important thing is to know why you want to do MM over a BB. One guy asked me to pitch Stifel to a BS company and why the company would be a better option than a BB.
