Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The MDs didn't like that I came from a non-target and was made it to the SuperDay as a sophomore. They think a little to highly of themselves and will snicker at you if you dare pronounce "Weisel" wrong.
Overall, the younger guys are cool and out to see that you know your basic shit. More importantly, they realize that you have gotten this far, so you they're not out to trick you with techs. Younger guys want to know you're cool and that you'll cover their asses in the summer when they wana go modelin and bodelin.
Senior guys are pretentious doutsche bags and forget who and where they are.
Just know what you would need to know for any banking interview. Just make sure you can explain why you want to work there. The senior guys asked me and I gave straightforward sufficient answers (at least from my experience with other MM banks), but they kept challening everything past the point of it being a test - they didn't like my non-target background and younger age.
