Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was a first round that was through OCR, so typical resume drop and then was selected. After the first round, I heard that I was accepted to go to the Superday within 2 days, and the Superday was shortly after the first round. The Superday only consisted of 4 interviews, so was about a half a day. It was a really typical investment banking interview process with the usual things being important: why this company, why this location, why investment banking, standard technical questions (accounting, valuation, DCF, etc.) The people seemed nice enough there.
