Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked with an alumni, then had a phone interview with the head of recruiting. She just wanted to see that I wasn't a complete joke. From there, I went to the superday, which consisted of 8 kids going for one offer. They have 2 groups there: Real Estate and FIG. People in the office seemed pretty normal. The office is in Stifel HQ, which is pretty cool.
