Investment Banking Analyst

I applied as a non-traditional applicant. I was referred to a VP. The VP liked my resume and helped me through the initial resume screen. I then had a phone interview with one of the VP's in charge of recruiting and separate interviews with each of the two VP's in charge of recruiting. They ultimately said that they liked me but had too many quality "traditional" applicants to take a chance that I would burn out too quickly.
