Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two phone interviews were followed by a trip down to Little Rock for a super day with approximately 20-30 analyst candidates (for about 10 slots). The evening before the super day was a formal dinner with the bankers, followed by a night at the bar with the current analysts. The next morning (a Saturday), they had a series of 8, 30 minute, one on one interviews and are usually done by 1pm. Right after interviews are over, the bankers all meet and decide who to extend offers to.
