Interview Details

What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my resume through my target school's on-campus recruiting program. First round interview was in-person with an MD, who asked me very chill questions to start-- how are you, what major are you, how do you like it, etc. The interview became very conversational, and it literally became a give-and-take convo, like you would have with anyone. I knew, even before I left, that I would get a second round. Second round was a Super Day at the offices. The questions were all pretty much taken from a pool of standard questions that SG HR had put together and then some assorted questions that individual interviewers thought of on the spot. These questions were all the typical fit-type questions.
