I applied online and within a week, I was contacted by HR for interview with the group. I interviewed on the phone with the MD, who was the Asian head of Equity Derivatives and a senior trader. I got questions about past experiences, technicals, language capabilities, programming knowledge, and technicals. Technicals were particularly challenging as they asked a lot of questions about equity derivatives and they worked. The interview pretty much ended after they had asked their questions, and I did not get an opportunity to ask questions at the end. I didn't hear back from the group, I emailed HR about 2-3 weeks afterwards. I later found out from HR that I had been rejected.
