Got the interview from a full year internship program in a good top tier Canada school in Toronto. Hiring engineers, the process started from 100+ interviews. After two rounds of interviews 8 people were left to do a written assignment for the group. Once the assignment is finished half of the 8 will remain to be given offers to this position. Culture seems to be nicer than others in the industry but still very fast paced. Really show your interest and fit with the people there and they'll love you!
