Applied on-line. Had a good CV with previous experience.
2-on-1 first round with VP and Analyst. Mix of basic technicals and a few tough ones.
They really want someone with a real interest in M&M. They also seem to not like people with too much PE experience - they are afraid you'd leave after 1 year.
Study the markets, especially M&M. Know how commodity prices relate to the overall market dynamic. Know how to value M&M companies.
