1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through my school's OCR. Had a first round on campus (2 on 1), and was quickly invited back to the following week's superday. Went to the superday, where about 10 other candidates were present. Superday consisted of 4 back-to-back one-on-one interviews. Very easy. Friendly people to speak with. Received offer that evening (about an hour after leaving the office).
