Interview Details
Once you finished the event, and if you scored on the upper half of the participants, you will receive a fast track offer, which gurantees you will make it through CV/Cover Letter check.
Once you made it though CV/Cover Letter check, the usual online tests apply. (Verbal, Logical, Mathemactical)
Then you will have a phone interview with a third party outsourced HR firm asking standard motivational questions, which according to various people I met on assessment centre, sounded like robots.
Then you get an assessment centre, which involves:
1) a group discussion,
2) a 1 on 1 interview,
3) an individual presentation,
4) and a logical test which is much harder than the online version.
Two things of note: Throughout the entire hiring process, not a single technical/IT question was asked. No programming questions either.
Second, the deadlines are really late. The final assessment centre was held in early April, and according to one candiate (not me), he applied mid March and was still invited to assessment centre. However, I applied December and was only invited to the assessment centre in April.
