Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online on the RBS website. I had to fill my application and write five essays (250 words each) about Teamwork, Problem solving, Values, Experiences and Why RBS?.
Few days later I have a logical test. Quite hard each question have 16 possible answers.
Finally I have the AC in London. We were 15 people there and get :
- 2 interviews : Behavioral interview. The interviewers were very nice and they were working in IB at RBS. I also got some brainteasers.
- 1 numerical test : Very different from the one you did online because it all on paper. Don't forget to bring a watch.
